Youth empowerment

Youth empowerment program aims to achieve economic self-sufficiency for challenged youth by empowering them through capacity building to adequately run projects as a tool for facilitating a broad-based approach to the fight against poverty.

Youth in Kenya (aged between 15-35 years) account for approximately 60% of the active labor force, but the majority estimated at about 75% are either unskilled or unemployed, presenting the big challenge of job creation.

Our strategy to ensure increased job creation especially for the youth includes enhanced collaboration with the government, corporate partners and other organizations to provide thematic training, capacity building and policy development. Learn More
